ESG Report

The report presents Wilhelmsen's 2021 ESG performance across environment, social and governance topics, with content defined by a materiality assessment. It reports an initial Scope 1 and location-based Scope 2 inventory of 1 855 and 2 824 tCO2e, respectively, and sets net-zero ambitions for own operations before 2030, the value chain before 2040 and portfolio investments before 2050. The group employed 15 464 people and reported 40% female representation on its board. The report was prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards Core option and was not externally assured.
