Integrated Report

Overview

The report is WILL GROUP's first Integrated Report and explains how its Mission, Vision and Value support sustainable growth. It describes a five-step process for identifying materiality issues and links those priorities to SDGs 4, 5, 8, 10 and 17. The report also highlights the Group's people-centered business model, with 4,845 consolidated employees as of March 31, 2021, and reports that women represented approximately 27% of management positions.
