Overview

The report describes Winton's three-pillar sustainability framework, endorsed by the Board, covering Thriving Planet, Thriving People and Sustainable Future. It reports the company's first Scope 1, Scope 2 and partial Scope 3 emissions inventory, audited and verified by Toitū. The year also included implementation of a proactive master health-and-safety system for employees, contractors and communities, with no notifiable employee events reported during FY23.
