Overview

The report covers FY2021 ESG performance for three Dongguan schools, which accounted for more than 50% of the Group's students and revenue before their deconsolidation on 31 August 2021. The company identified 19 ESG issues through stakeholder engagement and prioritized nine material issues. It also reports 19,740 employee training hours, extensive COVID-19 hygiene and campus-safety measures, and no work-related serious injuries or fatalities in the past three years.
