Overview

The report describes a Board-led ESG governance structure in which the Board assumes full responsibility for the Group's sustainability and an ESG Working Group implements related plans. The Group reported 135 full-time employees as of 31 August 2025. FY2025 environmental KPIs included 18.79 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent for Scope 1 and 2 emissions and 31.31 MWh of total energy consumption.
