Sustainability Report

The report presents Wolters Kluwer's innovation-driven sustainability strategy and 2016 performance. It reports 18,318 FTEs, 50% female representation on the Executive Board, 92 GWh of total energy use, and 34% electricity from renewable sources. Total waste production was 3,598 tons, water use was 157,435 cubic meters, and community contributions totaled 2,414 thousand euro. The report also describes annual materiality analysis and reporting under the GRI G4 Core guidelines.
