Overview

The report covers the company's 2021/22 Responsible Business progress, including its net-zero-by-2030 goal, an emissions baseline, renewable energy in five of seven UK offices and ISO 14001 re-accreditation. It highlights new inclusion and wellbeing initiatives, including the WBD Disability Network, Thrive Network, hybrid working and a wellbeing day. Community activity included donating 136 desktops, £126,000 to social-inclusion charities and more than 800 volunteering hours.
