Overview

The report describes WBD's 2022/23 responsible business progress across environment, community, DEI, social mobility, wellbeing and governance. It reports 302.1 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions and a net-zero-by-2030 goal. Community activity included 1,119 volunteering hours and £166,000 given to charity, alongside a 1,206 headcount and continued DEI recognition.
