Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is XANO's first Group sustainability report and describes the implementation of a Group-wide sustainability policy across all companies. It presents the Group's first measurements of waste, energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions from transport. The report also highlights employee development through XANO Academy and reports 807 average employees in 2017, alongside initiatives on working environment, equality, diversity and integration.
