Overview

The report describes a group-wide ESG programme covering all subsidiaries and steel cord/wire manufacturing bases. It reports Board-led ESG governance, SBTi review, annual CDP participation and a 2024 CDP rating of B. Climate targets include a 42% reduction in absolute Scope I and II emissions and a 25% reduction in Scope III by 2030, alongside overall carbon neutrality by 2050. TÜV SÜD independently verified the report under AA1000AS v3 at a moderate assurance level.
