The report presents the Group's 2020/2021 ESG performance for 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021, with environmental and social reporting focused on Lo's Cleaning as its material operating segment. It reports 54 Tonnes of CO2e total GHG emissions and 120,330 kWh total energy consumption for 2021. The company conducted a comprehensive materiality assessment covering 22 issues and assigns the Board responsibility for evaluating and determining ESG risks.
