Sustainability Report

The report describes Xior's 2025 sustainability performance across climate, people and governance, following a double materiality assessment that identified eight material sub-topics. It reports 100% green electricity and set targets to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 50% by 2030 and reach net zero for those scopes by 2040. The MyXior platform went live across the Dutch portfolio, covering more than 40% of Xior's total portfolio. Xior also reported 252 employees at year-end and an average of 8.4 training hours per employee.
