Sustainability Statement

Overview

The report presents XTB Group's first sustainability statement prepared under CSRD and ESRS requirements. It documents the first Group-wide Double Materiality Assessment and the first full-scale calculation of greenhouse gas emissions across Scopes 1, 2 and 3. The statement reports 1,015 employees at 31 December 2024 and describes the Group's newly implemented ESG Strategy 2024-2027 and Climate Policy.
