Overview

The report presents Xtep's 2023 ESG performance across an expanded boundary, including 438,099 training hours, approximately 9,100 employees, 33 work-related injuries and no work-related fatalities. It reports 25,949 tonnes of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, 487,863 m3 of water consumed and 591,698 kWh of solar electricity generated at the Hunan factory. Governance is board-led with Sustainability Committee support, while supplier ESG assessments and the 618 Global Recycling Festival are highlighted.
