Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents Xylem's new company-wide sustainability framework, organized around product efficiency, environmental performance, corporate reputation and employee engagement. Xylem Watermark surpassed its 2011-2013 goal, reaching more than 1.8 million people in more than a dozen countries. The report also combines its GRI G3 Content Index with its UN Global Compact Communication on Progress.
