Overview

The report describes Xylem's 2025 progress across customer impact, emissions and community WASH access. It reports that all four 2025 Customer Sustainability Goals were exceeded, including reuse of 22+ billion m3 of water and an 8+ million metric ton CO2e footprint reduction. The performance tables disclose 71,013 mtCO2e of Scope 1 emissions and 62,096,618 mtCO2e of Scope 3 emissions. Xylem also reached approximately 3.7 million people through WASH efforts in 2025 and achieved the cumulative milestone of 20 million people.
