Social & Environmental Report

Overview

The report describes Yazaki's FY2005 social and environmental initiatives across its global operations. It highlights completion of ISO 14001 certification at all production sites and affiliated production companies, alongside CO2 reductions to 110,565 tons at the covered Japanese sites. The report also records waste reduction and recycling achievements and the development of global environmental management systems. An independent review and stakeholder meeting were used to improve the report and engage external participants.
