Overview

The report is Young & Co.'s first sustainability report and describes its structured sustainability programme across people, the environment and communities. It reports 5,275 employees and 100% renewable electricity through the group's energy contract. For 2022, it reports 16,664 tCO2e of gross emissions and 8,718 tCO2e of net emissions after carbon offsets. The company is developing a net-zero carbon pathway and intends to establish measurable targets and monitoring systems.
