Overview

The report describes the Triglav Group's integration of corporate social responsibility into its 2017-2020 strategy and says it reported comprehensively under the GRI Global Standards for the first time. It reports 5,046 Group employees, a 35% increase in suspected fraud cases, and a 20% share of women on the Management Board. Environmental disclosures include carbon-footprint measurement for the parent company and six subsidiaries, while prevention spending reached EUR 2.9 million. Community initiatives included road-safety projects, the Young Hopes programme and the Let's Clean the Mountains campaign.
