Overview

The report covers Zehnder Group's 2024 sustainability performance across climate, resources, workforce, governance, and human rights. It reports submitted and validated science-based climate targets, including a 55% Scope 1 and 2 reduction and a 33% Scope 3 reduction by 2033 from a 2023 baseline. 2024 gross emissions were 8,377 t CO2e for Scope 1, 7,670 t CO2e for market-based Scope 2, and 1,602,591 t CO2e for Scope 3, while net energy consumption was 304,027 GJ and waste generated was 6,961.36 t/year. The report also presents a double materiality assessment, workforce and diversity metrics, and limited assurance by PricewaterhouseCoopers AG over selected environmental, social, and governance KPIs.
