Overview

The report covers the Group's sustainability performance from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025, while noting that its environmental KPIs are based on two Hong Kong subsidiaries, Sanroc. It reports 49.28 tonnes CO2e of greenhouse gas emissions for those covered operations. The Board has full responsibility for supervising sustainable development strategies and ESG governance, alongside a materiality assessment and environmental goals.
