Overview

The report describes a three-tier ESG governance framework in which the Board of Directors makes strategic decisions, the ESG Committee coordinates ESG work, and working groups implement it. For 2025, the Group reports Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 1,783.75 and 25,228.78 Tons of CO2 equivalent, respectively, with total emissions down 42.7% year on year. Photovoltaic generation reached 7,727,000 kWh, while the Group states that it has not yet systematically conducted Scope 3 accounting.
