Overview

The report presents ZTE Corporation's 2011 CSR performance across governance, people, environment, supply chain and social welfare. It reports 89,786 group employees and 86,254,456 (1,000 RMB) in 2011 turnover, alongside 47,200 customer trainees and 1,348,958 employee training sessions. Environmental initiatives included a 1.36 million kWh solar photovoltaic installation and the start of a systematic greenhouse-gas inventory project under ISO14064-1. ZTE also trained 292 suppliers and 476 supplier officers and CSR technical personnel, while expanding charitable support in China and internationally.
