Overview

The report presents ZTE's 2012 CSR strategy and vision, group workforce of 78,402 employees, and a CSR architecture led through a CSR representative and promotion team. It reports greenhouse-gas verification for the 2012 report, whole-company water use of 1.0405 million tons, and extensive environmental product and energy-efficiency initiatives. Supply-chain engagement included CSR training and coaching for 181 suppliers and 815 supplier managers and technical personnel. The report also describes the creation of the ZTE Charity Foundation and donations, scholarships, disaster relief, and employee volunteering.
